About Lag Chasers

Lag Chasers is a free wifi speed test, broadband speed test, and ping checker. Pick Chaos Circuit and the crew races. Pick Moonshot and they launch rockets. Pick Seed Surge and your megabits grow a garden. Pick Tower Time and the same numbers stack skyscrapers. It exists because speed tests became wallpaper: a needle, a number, a shrug.

Is this a real internet speed test?
Yes. The race is a visualization. Your browser still downloads and uploads data and times ping. Details live on the how it works page.
Do I need an account?
No. Personal bests stay in your browser. There is no login.
Why did my number look different from another test?
Different servers, different times, different wifi noise. Speed tests are snapshots, not court verdicts. Run it twice if the first heat looked cursed.
